Attorney Profile

As part of her law practice, Paige represents small business owners in a variety of industries and serves as their general or local counsel (for clients outside the State of Georgia). Paige works with business clients in many different stages of their development such as inception/formation to dissolution. Paige also litigates, if necessary. In addition, Paige focuses her practice on the area of estate planning and prepares clients' wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. Paige also handles probate and estate administration and is a frequent speaker on estate planning fundamentals.

Prior to establishing Law Office of Paige Arden Stanley, L.L.C., Paige practiced at Powell Goldstein LLP, one of Atlanta’s oldest and largest law firms, where she acquired years of national, as well as regional, large firm experience. Before entering the legal field, Paige was a senior consultant for five years and traveled nationally. While teaching a multitude of courses and making presentations (that she tailored specifically for board members, executives, managers and/or employees), Paige continually focused on improving her clients' internal and external processes. More specifically, Paige taught her clients how to operate more efficiently, and she achieved measurable results. Paige continues to believe wholeheartedly in operating her law firm as efficiently as possible so that her clients achieve true value for their dollar.
