Estate Planning and Probate Administration:
Paige focuses her practice on the area of estate planning, including preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and probate and estate administration.
Litigation/Litigation Avoidance:
Paige concentrates on general civil litigation and business matters and represents both plaintiffs and defendants. Depending on the circumstance, Paige aggressively pursues or defends her client's rights. Paige has extensive experience in prosecuting claims involving breach of warranty, breach of contract, fraud, RICO, and personal injury. Paige also has broad experience taking and defending depositions and preparing fact and expert witnesses for hearings or trial. Paige also handles matters through alternative dispute resolution, including arbitrations and mediation. Paige has successfully negotiated and settled sizable matters for her clients and kept them out of court.
